FRANCE 98 – The Reggae Boyz have landed in France !

The JAMAICA team arrived from Miami today, Thursday 4 June at 10 h 55 at the Orly Sud airport (south of PARIS). Immediately following their arrival, the thirty-seven members of the delegation were taken by bus directly to a waiting room separate from the other passengers. Their passports were checked and their accreditation photos were taken in a relaxed and joking atmosphere, despite their fatigue after their trip. In keeping with their reputation as “Reggae Boyz”, they arrived with sunglasses, blow-up beach balls and in blue and tan suits with some tags still on them. “The players have come to participate in a competition, but also to take part in a celebration,” stated Franck SINCLAIR, defender of the Jamaican team.
