-How do you feel after the victory over SPAIN (Group D)?

“It is good to start with a victory. That is a pleasant position to be in. The players played a very intelligent match, full of verve, which is the most important thing. Everyone is happy after this victory: the fans, the coach and of course the players.”

-What would have happened if you had lost?

” If SPAIN had beaten us, I’m sure I would now be at home with my family. That’s life. My priority above all is to enjoy myself. Whatever happens I’m very fortunate.”

-What do you think of your next opponents, BULGARIA (Group D)?

“The Bulgarians are the Bulgarians, that is to say players with a great amount of experience who play high quality football, a team to respect like all the others. We’re not planning too far ahead. We’ll think first about victory, of actually winning, and then about what lies ahead.”
