Romania-Northern Ireland friendly cancelled

BUCHAREST, May 22 (AFP)

A friendly match between World Cup qualifiers Romania and Northern Ireland, scheduled for Bucharest on May 29, has been cancelled, the Romanian Football Federation said Friday. The match was reportedly called off after the two federations failed to reach a financial agreement. Romania hope to replace the game with a match against Moldova on the same date.
