FRANCE 98 – Argentina: Crespo will not be playing against Japan

ARGENTINA (Group H) will play without the forward Hernan CRESPO (19) against JAPAN at the Stadium in TOULOUSE on Sunday 14^th June at 2.30pm. Suffering from a pulled muscle in his right calf, Hernan CRESPO only completed some gentle stretching and runs in training on Saturday 13^th June. The Argentinian coach, Daniel PASSARELLA will wait a week before deciding on his player’s future in the competition. A rib injury has forced German BURGOS (12), to give up the number 2 goalkeeper’s spot to Pablo CAVALLERO (17).
