FRANCE 98 : 100 days to go until the kick off

100 days from the kick-off to the 16th World Cup, 100 children from all 10 Host Cities have been welcomed today in Paris by Michel Platini and Fernand Sastre, the Presidents of the French Organising Committee. 

The young ambassadors have been taken to the Elysée Palace by Michel Platini and Fernand Sastre to meet French President Jacques Chirac. 

After lunch, the 100 youthful ambassadors of the FRANCE 98 Host Cities have taken a trip to the Stade de France at Saint-Denis, for a guided tour of the sports complex which is to host 9 matches in the World Cup, including the Opener and the Final.
