How do you feel ahead of the match against YUGOSLAVIA?

“I don’t feel any pressure and I’m physically and mentally fit. I know all the Yugoslav players and if there’s one I’m worried about, it’s Sinisa MIHAJLOVIC (11). But I trust Jalal TALEBI, as he’s a coach who can help us get good results in this World Cup.”

What do you think of Yssingeaux and SAINT-ETIENNE?

“I’m happy here. The countryside is beautiful. The weather is very temperamental and it’s a bit cold, even if I am used to this kind of climate, playing in Germany. As for the Geoffroy-Guichard in SAINT-ETIENNE, I don’t know it, but we’re going to train there.”

Will you be playing for Cologne in GERMANY next season?

“I can’t answer that today. It’s true that I’ve been in contact with European clubs, but I’ll think about that seriously after the World Cup”.
