FRANCE 98 – France – Trézéquet sprains right ankle
The substitutes for the FRANCE team, (Group C), who had a friendly match yesterday, 13 June, at Mallemort, near MARSEILLE, with a team from Arles, (CFA 2), dominated with a score of 5-0.
Around 4,000 spectators were present for the match, refereed by Henri Emile, logistics manager for of the FRANCE team.
One of the upshots of the match was a sprained right ankle for David TREZEGUET (20); the same ankle which has already given him quite a few worries.
At this point, it’s still not clear for just how long this young FRANCE forward will be on the sidelines.
In other news, defender Franck LEBOEUF (18) has pulled a muscle in his left quadriceps.
