Danone: Official Dairy Product of FRANCE 98.

The French Organizing Committee of World Cup Football and Danone Group announced today the signature of a partnership agreement in which Danone becomes an Official Supplier of the 1998 World Cup, an agreement which was initiated by Franck Riboud, President of Danone Group and Michel Platini and Fernand Sastre, Presidents of the Organizing Committee. The signature of this eighth agreement allows the French Organizing Committee to close its principal partnership program. Some 21 months from the kick off of the World Cup, the CFO has reached the objective if set: reunite at its side eight official suppliers for this planetary event.
