	Can we have seats side by side ?
The French Organising Committee allocates to the Football Associations and to the Authorised Tour Operators adjoining seats, distributed in several areas. As these seats were redistributed by the Associations and the Authorised Tour Operators, we can not guarantee seats side by side. Seats will be next to each other if they were ordered as part of the same Prestige package.

	When will I know it?
On receiving the ticket. Concerning the Prestige Seats, it will be mailed to you directly in a security-tight packet.

	When buying my ticket, am I assured of being seated with the supporters of the team I have chosen ?
Yes, if this concerns tickets bought from a federation or a Tour operator: Supporters of the same team will be seated in the same terrace. The Prestige seats are all in touchline stands, in other words the best seats in the stadium, and none will be in stands containing groups of specific fans.

	How can I be sure that my tickets, which have been booked through an agency, are valid  ?
Make sure this agency is on the Authorised Tour Operators’s list, If not ask at the agency where the tickets have come from.

	I would like to buy tickets on behalf of my company  ? Who should I contact ?
