Cameroon were held to a 1-1 draw by a Brittany selection here Thursday in their opening friendly World Cup workout friendly.
Oman Biyik, who used to play for the local French first division club Rennes, opened the scoring for Cameroon in the 14th minute. But Lionel Rouxel equalised seconds before half-time.
Cameroon will play in Group B at next mont’s World Cup. The other teams in the Group are Italy, Chile and Austria.
