” The UNITED STATES are very well prepared. Their training programme has been rigorous and the composition of the American team hasn’t changed since the 1994 World Cup. As regards the match on Sunday 21 June in LYON, our tactics won’t be the same as they were for the match against YUGOSLAVIA: our aim will be to score during the first half rather than play a defensive game.  I’m confident, I think we’re stronger mentally. At the end of the match, I think the players will be really happy to swap shirts with their opponents. This World Cup will give us the chance, above all, to present a positive image of our country.”
