Tre Croatian President greets his players

The President of CROATIA Franjo Tudjman and the Home Secretary Ivan Penik arrived at the Croatian team’s second round residence, the Chateau de la Tour in Gouvieux (north of Paris) on Wednesday at 13h15. They were welcomed by the Croatian Football Federation President and the team coach Miroslav BLAZEVIC.

The President took the opportunity to greet all the players and delegation members during a cocktail party on the hotel terrace before lunch was served. “FRANCE are the favourites but then GERMANY were also favourites which didn’t stop us beating them” said the Croatian President. On Friday the President will be at the Stade de France for the FRANCE vs CROATIA semi-final at SAINT-DENIS.
