Fireworks festival in NANTES, June 13th
As part of the town’s celebrations for the World Cup, an evening of fireworks has been organised in NANTES for Saturday, 13th June. The fireworks – inspired by the soccer ball itself – will be set up on the Malakoff embankment (quai Malakoff), behind the Cité des Congrès. To celebrate the SPAIN-NIGERIA match (Group D) at 14:30, SPAIN will be guests of honour at the event – entry is from 20:00, and festivities will commence at 21:00. The programme includes four fireworks displays between 23:00 and 00:15 prepared by Jacques COUTURIER, winner of the first prize for pyrotechnics at the Monaco Festival.
