St-Etienne – Football collectors' World Cup from 23 to 27 June

As from Tuesday 23 and until Saturday, the city of SAINT-ETIENNE (SECOM), The Loire Football Region and the Carrefour of Collectors are organising the first “World Cup for Football Collectors ” at the Parc des Expositions, in the capital of the Forez (Plaine Achille – Hall B).

Across 7200 m² of exhibitions, you will be able to discover over 100 private collections, more than 1200 Eric Cantona items, the presentation of thirty two World Cup teams plus 8000 original match tickets. In addition, some curiosities such as all of the trophies won by the SAINT-ETIENNE Football Club and the great Lev YACHINE’s full goalkeeper’s kit, legendary goalkeeper of the Russian team during the 1966 World Cup in ENGLAND will be on display. Another special moment during this “World Cup” will be the “swap and sell” fair on Saturday 27 June.

The whole show has received the CFO label and is part of the festivities organised by SAINT-ETIENNE for FRANCE 98-. The Grand opening will be on Tuesday 23 June at 6:00 pm with Ozwaldo Piazza, former player from SAINT-ETIENNE.

Opening hours: every day from 10:00 pm to 8:OO pm, except Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
