Toulouse – Real Madrid and AC Milan players meet for Netherlands-Yugoslavia

The Yugoslavian Predrag MIJATOVIC (9) and the NETHERLANDS player Clarence SEEDORF (10), recent winners of the Champions’ League with Real Madrid, will be playing against each other during the last sixteen match between YUGOSLAVIA and the NETHERLANDS on Monday 29 June at the TOULOUSE Stadium (21h00). Another “inside match” could take place on Monday night between two players of AC Milan, Patrick KLUIVERT (9) and Dejan SAVICEVIC (8), if their coaches pick them to play in this fixture.

The German delegation sent a message of congratulations to the Yugoslavian delegation for its qualification in the last sixteen. GERMANY and YUGOSLAVIA played against one another during the first round on 21 June in LENS, and the match ended in a 2 – 2 draw.
