World Cup ticketing – the courts uphold the CFO

The French Organising Committee notes with satisfaction the decision of 5 June 1998 from the court of first instance in Paris, rejecting all claims from thirty or so European representatives against the 1998 World Cup ticketing sales system.

This decision confirms the judgement of 21 April 1998 given by the judge sitting in chambers to deal with matters of special urgency.
